DASK-PACK manufactures and distributes FIBC Big-Bags to ISO and HACCP standards — from the simple standard bag to the dimensionally stable Q-Bag, UN-certified dangerous goods container and electrically conductive special versions.
About us
We are a company selling flexible packaging. We started operating under our current company name in June 2011, but we have been active in this industry for more than 25 years. The staff of DASK-PACK sp. z o.o. sp.k. draw on many years of experience in the production and sale of flexible packaging, and we want to make this knowledge available to our customers.
Products
All our products comply with strictly controlled ISO and HACCP standards. Manufacturing follows current quality norms and is always up to date with the latest technology. Big-Bags are made of polypropylene, so they contain no environmentally hazardous substances and can be easily disposed of or recycled.
In its simplest form, available open-top with a flat bottom. Made from flat polypropylene fabric, uncoated or coated. Fabric weight is adjusted according to the required safe working load (SWL) and safety factor (SF). Available with various top and bottom constructions and different filling and discharge spouts.
So-called Q-Bags have internal baffles sewn into the corners so that the contents distribute evenly. The filled bag keeps its cubic shape and needs less storage space — this allows, for example, better use of a sea container's volume and can save up to 30% in transport costs.
Only Big-Bags tested to UN guidelines and matching the tested design may be used for transporting dangerous goods. Our manufacturers hold certificates according to the IBC code for large packagings (13H1, 13H2, 13H3, 13H4) for packing groups II + III.
With some bulk materials, friction during filling and emptying can generate an electrostatic charge which, if discharged uncontrolled, may lead to an explosion. To avoid this risk, antistatic containers (type B) or conductive Big-Bags (type C) are used. Type-C bags must be earthed during filling and emptying, and every single conductive container is 100% tested for conductivity.
